Those of you who follow our blog know that we have been highlighting an important new book authored by Anne Kornblut of The Washington Post.  Notes from the Cracked Ceiling explores the double standard with which women candidates are treated, as well as delving into the 2008 campaigns of Hillary Clinton and Sarah Plain.  Anne’s book speaks to the raison d’être of The New Agenda:  to support women in leadership roles, to draw a line in the sand against the sexism and misogyny so much in evidence in 2008.
