Help us spread the word! We’re pleased to present the online invitation and brochure for our upcoming Violence Against Women Forum in New York City:
We’ve created a new section on the website for the forum, as you’ll see if you look up on the top menu bar. In that section we’ve made the entire brochure available for download as a pdf or jpeg, and we’ve also created separate pages for each panelist with individual jpegs and pdfs.
You can download the invitation above as a jpeg or a pdf.
The next job for the workshop elves (that would be me and a couple of imaginary friends) is a notice for the home page.

Violet you are simply incredibly and utterly second to none in design.
Bravo on this invitation.
Please viewers – help us to spread the word. Send this to your friends, family and neighbors in the NY area.
Beautiful work!
Thank you, Amy. Thank you, yttik.
Violet, over in the new vaw-forum section, I left a note that might, umm, give you and The Elves a couple more wee little easy as pie art projects to do in your creative workshop. I mean, who better than imaginary friends to handle imagery, and it’s all for the good o’ the cause, Violet!
If I should have posted it on this side instead, maybe you could re-locate it here.
¡Viva la causa!
As a professional artist-writer-geek, I appreciate the work you put into designing & rendering the files.
I noticed the PDF includes active hyperlinks to both the webpage and e-mail addresses. A lot of people and their software overlook that nice little option. You got that one, Violet!
I wish the PDF were compressed to a smaller kB footprint but the bloat is Adobe’s fault. The JPG is a good alternative. I suggest PNG as yet another.
Of course, the new vaw-forum pages are really the best option for spreading the word! If you write and provide a “blurb” fo us, we can copy/paste it, including the “http://thenewagenda.net/vaw-forum/” address, in an e-mail, a blog post/comment, maybe a Twitter if the blurb is short enough.
